I understand that I must complete the full workshop. This means that if I leave the workshop early to travel on the last day, I will not be eligible for MINT membership.
I understand that after June 1 I will not receive a refund for my tuition in the event that I do not attend. Prior to June 1 I will be charged a $50 processing fee in order to receive a refund.
If another person is paying for my tuition for this event, I have instructed them to indicate my name on the payment so that my tuition can be matched to me.
I understand that in the event of contagious disease, act of God, or natural catastrophe causing cancellation of the seminar I will not receive compensation for my tuition, travel costs, or other expenses.
